  • We'll schedule and attend all vendor meetings and interviews, taking the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on the fun stuff.

  • Let us assist with menu development and food choices, and help with beverage selection to ensure a truly delicious celebration.

  • With our help, you can personalize even the smallest details, from invites and seating charts to guest books.

  • We'll negotiate special hotel rates and room blocks and take care of scheduling all guests and family transportation to and from the ceremony and reception.

  • We'll provide guidance and sample text for all printed materials, including save-the-dates, invitations, ceremony programs, and menus.

  • We'll create a beautiful wedding website for you and handle all aspects of sending save-the-dates and wedding invitations.

  • Managing RSVPs and diligently following up with guests their assistance and meal choices (if necessary).

  • We can even assist in packaging wedding favors and organizing paper items, as well as assembling and delivering out-of-town guest welcome baskets.

  • Let's review the contract with your selected venue together to make sure everything is clear and organized.

  • 3-4 weeks before your wedding, we'll walk through the venue with you (each venue) to make sure everything is perfect for your big day.

  • We will coordinate and schedule the ceremony rehearsal with the venue and officiant.

  • A dedicated Bridal Liaison is assigned to ensure personalized care for the bride and the bridal party during the “Getting Ready” and wedding.

  • Let us be the go-to person for all your vendors on the wedding day, so you can enjoy your day without any interruptions or concerns.

  • We'll assist the bride and groom throughout the wedding day, making sure everything goes according to plan and helping with anything you need.

  • We'll distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and other important items to the bridal party, attendants, and family members.

  • We'll oversee the setup of the ceremony site.

  • We will ensure a seamless set-up and transitions by greeting, overseeing, and directing all vendors.

  • We will greet your guests and invite them to take a seat.

  • We will line up the bridal party and let them know when they have to start walking.

  • We will cue the music for the processional and recessional.

  • We'll assist with bridal party and family photos, making sure everyone is in their place and looking their best.

  • Let us handle the smooth transition of guests to the cocktail hour and reception, while you enjoy your special day.

  • We’ll collaborate closely with the DJ to ensure that the introductions and dances are executed exactly as requested, creating unforgettable moments for the couple and their guests.

  • We'll take care of distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

  • We'll stay until the end of the event and at the end, we will pack up all your personal items, such as the envelope box, favors, place cards, and table numbers, and make sure they get to the family member you assigned.
