Our services will begin 7 months or less prior to the event.
On this package you should have your Venue booked.
Let's chat over a cup of coffee (or tea, your choice!) during our consultation meeting, either in-person or via video call. We'll go over all the important details and contracts to make sure everything is set for your big day. Up to 3 in-person or Zoom/FaceTime meetings, and unlimited phone and e-mail communication/advice for the client
Don't worry about calling or emailing us too much, we're always here for you! You'll have unlimited access to us through phone, text, and email
Monthly e-mail check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned, no matter how far out you book us, we are in this together!
Vendor recommendations - we can help find the perfect vendors, and get availability and pricing for you, making it easier for you to decide on whom you want to hire, without having to do the research.

Assist in setting up the ceremony (e.g. programs, reserved signs) & reception sites (e.g. menu cards, place cards, seating chart, gift box, signing book or voice notes phone)
Assisting in RSVP tracking, and follow up
Negotiate special hotel rates and room blocks
Schedule and book all guests and family transportation to/from the ceremony and reception
Reception and ceremony logistical & layout plan design (Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs)
All supplies would be purchased by the couple and can be shipped or delivered to your Wedding Planner
Rehearsal dinner suggestions (not rehearsal dinner planning)
We'll request vendor insurance and send them to the venue, so you don't have to worry about a thing
We'll confirm and coordinate with all your vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding
Let us be the go-to person for all your vendors on the wedding day, so you can enjoy your day without any interruptions or concerns

Ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
We'll assist the bride and groom throughout the wedding day, making sure everything goes according to plan and helping with anything you need.
We'll distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and other important items to the bridal party, attendants, and family members.
We'll oversee the setup of the ceremony site.
We will ensure a seamless set-up and transitions by greeting, overseeing, and directing all vendors.
We will greet your guests and invite them to take a seat.
We will line up the bridal party and let them know when they have to start walking.
We will cue the music for the processional and recessional.
We'll assist with bridal party and family photos, making sure everyone is in their place and looking their best.
Let us handle the smooth transition of guests to the cocktail hour and reception, while you enjoy your special day.
We’ll collaborate closely with the DJ to ensure that the introductions and dances are executed exactly as requested, creating unforgettable moments for the couple and their guests.
We'll take care of distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
We'll stay until the end of the event and at the end, we will pack up all your personal items, such as the envelope box, favors, place cards, and table numbers, and make sure they get to the family member you assigned.
